GY6V is a nonprofit campaign that seeks to strengthen the Mid-Ohio Valley Veteran community. The campaign connects Veterans in need of assistance with Veterans or other Community Members who can help.
GY6V aims to recognize Veterans as heroes at home and believes their leadership and experience enrich lives.
Mission
GY6V provides three ways to improve Veterans’ lives.
- Veterans who need assistance:
- Veterans list brief descriptions of what assistance is needed.
- Veterans who offer assistance:
- Veterans list brief descriptions of ways they can be of assistance to other Veterans.
- Community Members who offer assistance:
- Community Members list brief descriptions of how they can be of assistance to Veterans either personally or through their business, church, or organization.
Purpose
GY6V seeks to improve Veterans’ lives by providing a way to connect.
We hope to help continue the camaraderie forged during service life, bring help where it is needed, and foster the growth of the local Veteran community.
